The institution has grown steadily over the years. From a total intake of 277 students in 2017, the current academic year records a strength of 831 students, supported by a dedicated team of 68 staff members.
In addition to diploma programmes, the institute offers short-term courses through its Continuing Education Cell and conducts Apparel Fashion Designing programmes in collaboration with the District Panchayat, Thiruvananthapuram. The institution envisions evolving into a Skill Development Centre for Women in the coming years, further strengthening its commitment to community empowerment and practical learning.
